Moon & Key Hypnosis is a hypnosis practice for healing and support at the intersection of ceremony, psychology and laboratory. The overarching belief that drives my practice is that YOU are absolutely capable of creating a future for YOURSELF that feels of your own design and making, and I would be honored to facilitate that.

A 90 minute session perfect for folks who are new to hypnosis or folks who are interested in doing a deep dive to get started on a new healing journey. Initial sessions include a consultation to tune into your goals, journaling exercises to begin to prime the experience, a conversational exercise, a guided trance and a debriefing for integration.
